My Team

Our team was responsible for improving the user experience in travel by conducting detailed research on the problems that exist in the travel industry. We aimed to improve the user experience through the product we designed by developing special features that would enhance the interaction and overall experience.

OVERVIEW


Usually, when we travel, we use different tools to meet various needs. However, when visiting an unfamiliar destination, a well-developed plan is essential to enhance the trip's experience. It is also crucial to share and gather useful information that can assist travelers in making appropriate decisions.

On the other hand, strict planning can take away from the fun of the journey. The challenge for this product is to create a platform that can attract users to participate, maintain engagement, share their experiences, and expand the community in a structured manner.

Our platform offers intelligent travel planning by combining customized itineraries, social features, sharing options, and experiential travel products. With our user-centric approach, we collect preferences to provide scientific and efficient travel solutions, making travel planning a breeze.

Our aim is to enhance the overall travel experience and encourage user participation, creating a constantly improving travel tool that users can rely on.

To ensure a comprehensive understanding of tourist needs and satisfaction factors, we plan to categorize the basic needs of tourism into distinct areas, each with its set of requirements. This approach allows us to target specific needs during the survey, such as accommodation or transportation needs, and gain a more nuanced understanding of the tourist experience. By identifying areas for improvement, such as public transportation accessibility, we can work with stakeholders to enhance the tourism industry. Categorizing basic needs of tourism is a valuable strategy that enables us to focus our research efforts and gain a more comprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements of tourists.

Following our deliberations, we initially crafted a survey and distributed it within a limited scope. Upon analyzing the preliminary responses, we identified certain limitations inherent in the questionnaire's initial iteration. Leveraging these insights as a solid foundation, we are well-positioned to refine our survey, thereby eliciting more valuable and insightful responses in its final version.

By analyzing 100 valid questionnaires, we can identify the direction of user needs as well as the types and service scope of competitors in the market.

Data Analysis & Competitor Analysis

Based on a large number of questionnaires, we have collected information about the software that users frequently use when traveling and their reasons for using them. Through an analysis of similar competing products, we can identify potential opportunities in the market that will provide an advantage to our products.

The design of the logo personifies the icon of the location, creating a logo similar to a sprite. This combines the unique features of our product, helping users discover interesting aspects in their travels that are not easy to find. At the same time, anthropomorphic design also helps shape the unique characteristics of our brand.

Through a selection of various information prior to the start of the user journey, we can gather useful data. This will enable us to generate more valuable service feedback in the later stages.

Turn On TRIPOO Mode

Upon enabling the 'Tripoo' mode, it leverages pre-collected user data to identify potential points of interest that customers might enjoy. As users navigate towards their next destination, the system prompts them about interesting activities or attractions nearby. This not only streamlines the touring process by reducing redundant visits but also enriches the overall travel experience, making the journey more enjoyable.

Explore & Recommend

Depending upon the user's location, we push suggestions for popular sights and eateries. Also, by allowing visibility into shares from other users, we create a community-driven experience that can inspire and provide points of interest for your upcoming destinations.
